The estate is surrounded by a beautifully fenced park, featuring predominantly English-style lawns and evergreen trees providing shade along the pathways behind the villa.
Majestic century-old pines and exotic Canariensis palms rise proudly within the property, perfectly blending into the Mediterranean vegetation. Access to Villa Giorgio is via an uphill driveway with an electric gate and a separate pedestrian entrance.
Upon arriving at the villa, you are immediately welcomed by the covered parking area with an electric vehicle charging station, and a large panoramic portico featuring an outdoor relaxation area furnished with sofas and sun umbrellas. On the side of the villa, you’ll find the swimming pool area with additional lounging spaces and a sunbathing area, as well as an outdoor kitchen complete with barbecue. Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring; therefore, the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns, and parkland may differ at the time of your arrival at the villa.
The panoramic pool
The beautiful rectangular swimming pool of approximately 30 sqm offers panoramic views and features a hydromassage area. Access to the pool is via a descending ladder, with both internal and external lighting, and a depth ranging from 25 cm to 185 cm.
The solarium area is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a relaxation lounge. The pool is available from April to October, weather permitting.
Heated pool supplement €450 per week.
